We curate wine and food evenings, each built around a theme and a small table. Every event pairs a set of wines with a menu chosen to match them, alongside context-building and interactive exercises that explain the wine and the pairings in detail. Open evenings bring together a mixed group of guests. Private dinners are designed around your occasion, your guest list, and your menu.
